Why we harvest at dawn

  • Cooler fruit, longer life

Fruit picked before the day's heat carries less field heat into the packhouse, so it keeps better through transport.

  • Graded close to the field

Fruit is sorted by size and ripeness within hours of picking, then packed for the buyer's market.

  • Traced lot by lot

Every carton carries a lot code linking it to the farm and harvest date.

From our buyers

“Consistent grade every week through the mango season, and clear answers when we asked about packing.”
